Yes.


And you interviewed Mr Allgrove?
Yes, September 14th and 18th.


Did you ask him what she was wearing on September 9th?
Yes, she was in her Ben Lomond Market uniform.

On the 18th, did he tell you what she ate for lunch?
Chicken and fried rice, from BLM.

What happened when Asha's body was found?
 I was at BLM questioning employees, when I heard I left BLM to go to the scene.

Describe what you did at the scene?
I got out of my car before the scene, saw the body from the top of the road, but I never went down to it. I was there maybe 15 minutes.


Did you ever go in McClish's truck?
No.

Were you present for the search warrant September 16th at 9:40am?
Yes, at 8440 Hihn Rd, Ben Lomond.


What did you do there?
Documented in writing what was found, I was called the "finder."

Was the camo hat ever found?
Yes, it was hanging in the garage above the washer and dryer.


What can you tell us about the hat?
It was wet, freshly washed, smelled of laundry detergent.

What time did you see Asha's body?
5:58PM. I parked south of Love Creek Rd, got a ride up there, I was there maybe 15-30 minutes, got a ride down, and interviewed the woman who found the body.
